Project Overview

A high-end digital ecosystem for couples and vendors, successfully migrated from a React SPA to a custom WordPress architecture to maximize SEO potential without sacrificing interactivity.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was migrating a complex, highly animated React application to a WordPress environment while ensuring zero loss in design quality or user experience. The client needed a platform that combined the speed of a modern web app with the powerful SEO capabilities and easy content management of a CMS to reach a wider audience.

The Solution

Developed a bespoke WordPress theme using a modular approach. I leveraged Custom Post Types and Advanced Custom Fields to make every section—from the 'Budget Calculator' to 'Vendor Listings'—fully dynamic. I used AJAX for seamless, tabbed transitions and state management to replicate the React-like feel, while implementing strict WordPress coding standards to achieve perfect Lighthouse SEO scores.
